Among a global field of innovative creations, Sahara stood out in the “Mahia” category, earning praise as a “well-made” spirit that was “biscuity, with a hint of fennel.”

This recognition holds deep meaning for us. Sahara is making Mahia shine, an ancestral and rare Moroccan spirit traditionally crafted with figs or dates and infused with aniseed. Our mission has always been to revive this heritage for a contemporary audience, capturing the true Spirit of Morocco through a modern lens.
