Ait Spirits Limited (trading as Sahara) will accept returns for any unused items within 14 days of receiving them. If returning items, the items must be returned to Sahara in its original packaging and unopened. Please initiate a returns procedure by getting in touch with us at info@drinksahara.com.

If you have received incorrect or damaged products, please e-mail us at info@drinksahara.com. 

Please send a photograph of any damaged items to us by e-mail and we will review your complaint. Replacements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if however your order has already been processed you will need to return the order to us.
