A refreshing fusion of mint and lime cordial with Sahara, capturing the vibrant essence of Marrakech’s souks and gardens.

Ingredients

• 50mL Sahara
• 30mL lime and mint cordial
• Mint for shaking and garnish
• Optional: few drops of orange blossom
  

Directions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with Sahara and your lime and mint cordial.
2. Add ice, some mint leave and shake well until chilled.
3. Strain the mixture into a glass.
4. Serve and garnish with mint for the perfectly refreshing naughty version of the Moroccan mint tea.
