Ingredients
  • 40mL Sahara
  • 15mL pomegranate liqueur
  • 20mL pomegranate juice
  • 15mL lemon juice
  • 10mL honey syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 dash of bitters
Directions
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
  2. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass.
  4. Serve and garnish with some pomegranate seeds.
