Ingredients
- 40mL Sahara
- 15mL pomegranate liqueur
- 20mL pomegranate juice
- 15mL lemon juice
- 10mL honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- 1 dash of bitters
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) to emulsify the egg white.
- Add ice and shake well until chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass.
- Serve and garnish with some pomegranate seeds.
