SAHARA HIGHBALL

This simple serve was created by expert mixologists from iconic China Tang at The Dorchester, London. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• 60ml Sahara
• Top up with Three Cents Fig Leaf Soda
• Optional: Orange bitter
• Fig leaf, basil leaf or mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Fill your glass with ice cubes.
2. Add Sahara over ice.
3. Top up with soda.
4. Optional: Add a few drops of Orange bitter.
5. Garnish with a fig leaf, basil leaf or mint leaves.
6. Serve and enjoy this perfect serve!
